About Chef Chris Locher
Chef Chris Locher, regarded as one of the best European chefs in the Philippines, was born and raised in Switzerland with an Italian heritage. Chef Chris started his culinary career at the Grand Quellenhof in Bad Ragaz in the early 80s.
After working his way through the ranks and kitchens of fine dining restaurants in Switzerland, Chef Chris arrived in the Philippines in 1993 to work with the Plaza Catering Company working at Asian Development Bank. In 2004 Chef Chris started working at a small 24 seat restaurant in Angeles, Pampanga by the name of "C". The restaurant today has grown to 300 seating capacity dining destination known as C' Italian Dining celebrating classic and contemporary Italian cuisine that has been named Best Restaurant by the Philippine Tattler.
Chef Chris is now at the Oasis Paco Park Hotel's main hotel restaurant, My Kitchen by Chef Chris.
