My Freaking Wedding Unites Alternative Vendors For a Knock-Out Bridal Show
My Freaking Wedding, a bridal show organizer supported by an off-beat content website filled with tips on how to add flavor to the tried and true wedding routine is partnering with a dozen of wedding vendors to feature local products and services that are the "hidden treasures" of New York.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) April 09, 2011 - The event will be held on April 17th at David Ryan Salon located in Midtown Manhattan at 429 W 46th street. It's free for brides to attend and free for the vendors to exhibit.
"We just want to give an opportunity to alternative vendors and small businesses like us that can't afford to exhibit at big expos but provide great value," says Brisa Alfaro, the co-founder of MFW and the manager of David Ryan Salon.
"Some bridal expos wouldn't even accept my company because our services didn't fit into any category and were viewed by the organizers as upsetting the order in the industry," says Elena Alexseeva, the CEO of PhotoHand.com - the company engaged in magazine-quality photo improvement and photo book design. "So I said, what the heck, we know how to throw a great party. Let's do it!"
