Dallas, TX (1888PressRelease) August 25, 2010 - Dallas attorney William Munck, founder and managing partner of the technology and complex litigation firm Munck Carter, LLP, has been honored among the top business defense attorneys in Dallas/Fort Worth by the Dallas Business Journal with a profile article in the annual list of "The Defenders."

Mr. Munck is one of only 15 lawyers included in the fifth-annual list, which recognizes outstanding attorneys with long track records of prevailing on behalf of their corporate clients. This year's honor marks the third time the paper has chosen Munck Carter attorneys for "The Defenders," following the 2007 selection of E. Leon Carter and recognition last year of Jamil Alibhai, who chairs the firm's litigation section.
