(1888PressRelease) March 27, 2019 - The #letstalkcx FAST100 identifies the top 100 progressive Sales and Services, Marketing and CX leaders. This is from mid-markets that are scripting fresh rules as a part of the fastest growing organizations in India.
The list is open only to home-grown brands in India with revenue below INR 1,000 Crores and recognizes an individual. The recognition is through listing on the platform Let’s Talk CX and a certificate. Oracle India has sponsored the campaign as a part of the initiative Let’s Talk CX.
The nominees for the list ranged from CEOs, Marketing Heads, Digital Leads, Sales Heads, Account Directors, Brand Heads, and Customer Experience Heads.
The parameters for #letstalkcx FAST 100 were as follows:

• Customer approval – increase in customer satisfaction (qualitative and/ or quantitative)
• Customer commitment – Interactions between the brand entity and the customer (quantity & quality)
• Impact – designing campaigns that deliver business value to the business or customer
• Innovation – Usage of new marketing tools & techniques in an innovative manner
• Growth – Rate of expansion of the organization on several factors
The recognition for those selected for the #letstalkcx FAST100 includes a certificate and digital badge. It also includes a listing on the page Let’s Talk CX.
