Mproof's Clientele ITSM(R) 2014 Fall Release General Available

- (1888PressRelease) October 01, 2014 - The Clientele ITSM 2014 fall release includes features which will give Managed Service Providers more flexibility and functionality in usage for planning and execution of operations. It also incorporates various customer enhancement requests.
Some of the specific features include:
Time and Material enhancements
To better support the whole process of processing service orders, features have been added to split a work order into multiple smaller work orders so that they are easy to plan across multiple calendars. Work orders have now also been enhanced to capture material used and track the actual time spent.
The Audit log
This module allows the Clientele ITSM administrator to define the database fields which need to be monitored. Once specified, the system will keep track of the complete audit log for the specified fields. This includes keeping track of previous values and by who and when the change is done. The users can easily access the log information by a right click on the record they are interested in.
