This version delivers features which enhance the current functionalities in the Service Catalog as well as adds new features which streamline the users workflow and allows for even more insight for both internal as well as external customers.

    Other features added to this release include: automatically generating CMDB items for a Service Catalog request - saving extra processing steps, as well as the addition of IT Chargebacks. This new feature allows customers direct insight into the price or cost of a service.
