- (1888PressRelease) October 25, 2013 - The Clientele ITSM 2013 fall release focuses on specific requirements for Managed Service Providers and the customer enhancement requests from existing customers including:
• UI and Usability enhancements
• Service catalog enhancements among others to perform multiple requests at once
• RMA and stock management enhancements to support product replacements

The UI has been enhanced with a tabbed interface making it easier to navigate between open forms and make optimal use of the screen.
As service catalogs are becoming more popular, this release has expanded on the rich feature set to enable the customer to request multiple items of the same services at once. Business approvers using the portal now have a financial overview of their requests so they can verify cost implications.
Also, the existing RMA has been enhanced to support the replacement of products. Automating this process eliminates human failure, improves administration and keeps the CMDB up to date.
