Karen started her mortgage career as a broker associate in the South Bay area of L.A. in 1992. She moved to the mortgage banking side in 2001, opening a top producing retail branch in Torrance before transitioning into the Retail Regional Manager role in 2009. She has been active in leading many technology initiates throughout her career and has always embraced the changing climate of the mortgage industry. With her B.S. in Real Estate Finance from CSULB, she has also been a valued advisor and advocate for her retail branches.
