- Medford, OR (1888PressRelease) February 19, 2011 - Motorcycle USA is excited to announce the launch of its 2011 Fantasy Superbike Racing Contest. Fantasy players will have 26 opportunities to put their World Superbike knowledge to the test on the virtual racetrack, with the top point scorer in each World Superbike race winning a grab bag of prizes courtesy of Motorcycle USA.
Playing Fantasy Superbike (http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/9/Fantasy-Racing-League-Rank/Fantasy-Superbike.aspx) is easy. New players must sign up for a free My MotoUSA account to participate. Once logged in to My MotoUSA, visit the Fantasy Racing home page and click on the Fantasy Superbike 2011 icon. Create a new Fantasy Superbike team and mark the check box confirming entry into the Fantasy Superbike Racing Contest.
Based off the results of actual racers and teams in the FIM World Superbike Championship, Motorcycle USA's Fantasy Superbike game is a fun, and free, way to enhance the action on the track. Players make selections from actual WSB rider and team rosters, with the finishing order in the races determining the fantasy points. For game details visit the Fantasy Superbike Games Rules page.
Players are automatically entered into the general Fantasy Superbike pool, facing off against the entire Motorcycle USA readership. However, participants can create their own private leagues for friends and foes, or join one of the existing public leagues. Players can also sign up for email reminders to make their picks.
The 13-round 2011 World Superbike season features a total of 26 races, so there are plenty of chances for fantasy glory.
