Most Vietnam Home Furnishings Manufacturers Expect More Than 15 Percent Export Sales Increase In Coming Year
Demand growing for home textiles and bedding in traditional Western and emerging markets; Producers focus on adding more decorative elements.

The Report features profiles of 19 export suppliers with verified manufacturing and export credentials. It also includes descriptions, prices and packaging details for 253 top-selling export products ranging from decorative boxes to table napkins.
Report survey results show North America and EU key target export markets
The survey of Vietnam home furnishings manufacturers featured in the Report shows:
* 84 percent of makers will maintain quotes for the next six months;
* 67 percent expect export sales to increase by more than 15 percent;
* 42 percent will target North American markets, and 37 percent the EU, and;
* 53 percent of producers will focus on adding more decorative elements.
Monthly total capacity of featured suppliers is 255,000 pieces.
"The market is defined by craftsmanship," said Alex Boome, Program Director of the Hinrich Foundation. "From bedding and table linen to vases and paintings, one can see the attention to detail put into the products. Many suppliers are accepting smaller mixed orders to generate sales from new buyers."
