During the class, attendees will meet local Artisans, enjoy lunch with Chef Tony Baker and sip tasty libations. Chef Baker says that these classes are "all about learning, enjoying and feeling good about what you eat!"

The final 2012 class will be "A Fresh Holiday!" Join us Saturday, November 10th from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Get inspiration for your holiday dinner menu with Chef Bakers recipes for savory side dishes, delicious main courses, and --of course -- luscious pie. Baker takes a farm fresh approach to classics and adds a twist. Who knew green bean casserole could taste so good? The class will start with mulled cider. Every attendee will receive a mulled cider recipe card and special spice kit so you can wow your holiday guests by just adding wine and warming! There will also be a special pie demo from Inga Yontz, Owner of Inga's Pie Whole, a local organic pie company. Learn how to make the perfect holiday pie.

After a mouthwatering pie demo, Chef Tony Baker will demonstrate cranberry fennel sauce, roasted garlic cauliflower mashed, fresh roasted Brussels sprouts with Baker's double smoked bacon, and Tony's turkey tips for the holidays!

Learn, savor and enjoy during this three-course lunch of cranberry-candied walnut and orange on wild arugula and pecorino cheese, Baker's artisan honey baked ham, and finish with a slice of pie.
