Monterey Museum of Art Hosts First Annual Ar in Bloom Event- Circus of Dreams Opening Night Gala

- Salinas, CA (1888PressRelease) March 07, 2013 - The Monterey Museum of Art (MMA) will present Circus of Dreams, an enchanted evening gala to celebrate the opening of Art in Bloom, a truly unique floral exhibition, Wednesday, April 24, 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the beautiful historic MMA La Mirada located at 720 Via Mirada, Monterey, CA 93940.
Circus of Dreams offers an elegant and glamorous evening of unique live performers and entertainment, culinary delights and libations, plus an exclusive preview of the extraordinary floral arrangements on display. The fundraiser will include a silent auction of exciting luxury prizes. Tickets are available now for purchase and reservations are limited: $150 MMA Members, $175 Non-Members with RSVP by April 5. Art in Bloom is a four-day event that showcases floral interpretations of masterpiece paintings from the MMA's rich permanent collection by twenty-two leading local floral designers. Their creations will be on view in Museum galleries and throughout the celebrated estate of La Mirada Thursday, April 25-Sunday, April 28, 2013. One hundred percent of proceeds from the opening night gala and exhibition will benefit the Monterey Museum of Art programs and exhibitions
