Monterey County Business Council Moves Its Offices To The Institute for Innovation and Economic Development at CSUMB June 1, 2011
Announced today that MCBC will be moving offices. The new location will provide a central regional location for the daily interaction of campus faculty, staff and students with existing business and potential entrepreneurial start ups.
- Salinas, CA (1888PressRelease) May 23, 2011 - The Monterey County Business Council (MCBC), a non-profit group interested in shaping the future of Monterey County, and vested interest of the economic vitality of the community, announced today that it will be moving its offices to the Institute for Innovation and Economic Development (iiED) located on the CSUMB campus on June 1, 2011.
Monterey County Business Council and CSUMB have collaboratively formed the iiED to be located on the CSUMB campus. The relocation of the MCBC office to the iiED office signals the beginning of this partnership and their joint effort to improve the quality of life in Monterey County through innovative and sustainable economic development.
The new location will provide a central regional location for the daily interaction of campus faculty, staff and students with existing business and potential entrepreneurial start ups. The new office is approximately 1,000 square feet.
