Monterey Bay Employers to Vie For "Best Places To Work" Awards 2012 Entries Currently Being Accepted
The Monterey County Business Council announced that on August 24th six companies will be chosen as the "best places to work" in monterey county!
- Salinas, CA (1888PressRelease) May 25, 2012 - One August 24th, 2012, six companies will have bragging rights for "Best Places To Work" in Monterey County. That is when the Monterey County Business Council will present awards to the "Best Places To Work" in Monterey County. More than 50 companies representing private, enterprise, nonprofit, and public / government organizations are expected to participate in the project.
Now, more than ever, it is critical for employers to attract and retain top quality, loyal employees. Besides a chance to boast, the awards are an opportunity to help employers identify and focus on the proven elements of what is involved to be a great place to work.
Personnel Dynamics Consulting of Florida designed the 40-question survey used to identify the "Best Places To Work." Personnel Dynamics will analyze the data and calculate the turnover rates, growth percentages, promotion percentages, and benefit packages for each company. A total of 37 different measurements are analyzed to determine the winners. Each company will receive a personalized report detailing how they compared with other companies in the county and suggestions for improving the work environment.
Organizations will be recognized in 2 categories, employers with 1-75 employees and those employers with more than 75 employees. Categories will also be separated by private and public sectors.
