The 105-unit Pheasant Ridge town home community will feature homes with three bedrooms and three bathrooms with an attached garage. Construction is expected to commence in the late summer with the first move-ins expected by the end of the year.
The development will take place in two phases with 45 town homes built this year and the remaining 60 completed in 2014.
"This is a great opportunity to develop a project that should provide strong cash flow opportunities and return on investment," Dewan said. "We are expecting to lease these town homes directly to the oil development companies for employee and contractor housing."
