Advisors Assistant users simply call the Mobile Assistant phone number and dictate the Contact's name and phone number and any notes they want to make to the contact's note record. At the end of the dictation, they can hang up or press "6" to start a new note for another contact.

When the email arrives, the Advisors Assistant program that runs inside Outlook 2003 or later will detect that the email is from Mobile Assistant and use the phone number and name, if necessary, to copy the email to the contact's notes in Advisors Assistant.
