MKB and AVTODOM have launched a payment service by QR code
The Moscow Credit Bank (MKB) together with the group of companies AVTODOM have launched a service for accepting payments by QR code using the Fast Payment System (FPS).
- (1888PressRelease) August 31, 2021 - The AVTODOM customers can pay any car repair and maintenance services, spare parts, accessories, insurance products, and latter a car by scanning a QR code.
«Acceptance of payments through the SBP will allow AVTODOM to significantly reduce its costs. The commission charged by MKB for the crediting operation is only 0.7% of the payment amount», – commented Philip Litvinenko, director of the department of transactional products and attracting resources of MKB.
Customers of AVTODOM can contact any manager of the company to pay for goods or services by QR-code in the dealership. The client can make a payment using a mobile device without contacting the cashier. It is enough to point the smartphone camera at the QR code, select the application of any bank participating in the SBP and confirm the payment to do this. In addition, the client can remotely receive a link with a QR code by email or SMS and make a payment.
