(1888PressRelease) March 02, 2012 - Selma, AL - The MJ93 Fund announced that its annual fundraiser will be the Michael "MJ" Johnson Roast and Silent Auction on Friday, April 20th at Brownstone Manor at 330 Lapsley Street in Selma from 7 to 10 pm followed by the 3rd Annual Michael Johnson Youth Football and Cheer Camp 2012 on Saturday, April 21st in Memorial Stadium at 108 W. Dallas Avenue from 9 am to 4 pm. This year's festivities will feature special guests including Clinton McDonald of the Seattle Seahawks, Robert Geathers of the Cincinnati Bengals, retired Cincinnati Bengals star Antwan Odom, Super Bowl contender Gary Guyton of the New England Patriots as well as #93 of Cincinnati Bengals, Michael Johnson himself.

Founded during his rookie year, the MJ93 Fund is the product of Johnson's passion for both football and philanthropy. Under the tag line "See it First: Vision for Success" the MJ93 Fund aims to reinforce the support of children in their journey to achieve their destined greatness by funding programs and camps that motivate, inspire and generate exposure for scholarships and post-graduate education.
