Mission Life Launches Custom Approach for Young Adults to Rediscover Happiness in Life
Enabling today’s adolescents to better navigate their lives of tomorrow.
- Oakland, CA (1888PressRelease) August 14, 2019 - Societal pressures for young adults today are unlike anything that prior generations have experienced. While being a teenager has always come with its own array of trials and tribulations, technology and social media in today’s society has created additional challenges. Pinky Mukherjee is launching Mission Life to help develop young people to become balanced and fulfilled in an effort to help them grow up to embrace life, its joys, and its challenges. The services would be offered locally and nationally.
Beyond social media, teens face pressures around sex, drugs, and violence, and the list continues to grow each year. In order to combat the growing mental health crisis, young adults need to be educated on how to properly cope with increased levels of emotional stress, anxiety, and depression.
“The mental health crisis that young adults face today is alarming,” said Pinky Mukherjee, Founder of Mission Life. “Our goal is to equip these young adults with the proper skills to handle the pressures of today’s world and prevent them from making decisions that could negatively impact their future.”
Mission Life’s process follows a sequence of actions, involving one-on-one discussions with both parents and the teen. Based on the information gathered, Mission Life would work with the family to discover the right balance of all individual elements and provide achievable goals for young adults to use as guidance that can help them overcome obstacles in their lives and move forward with a positive plan of action.
Mission Life’s structure is designed to deliver results focused on the following:
• Closer family relationships
• Greater physical health
• Greater respect for self and all life
• Better time and stress management
