MindTree Wins Asian Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise Award for Third Straight Year

The MAKE Award recognizes Asian organizations that are leaders in creating organizational intellectual capital and value through the transformation of knowledge into world-class products, services and solutions.
MindTree was recognized by a panel of Asian Fortune Global 500 senior executives and leading knowledge management and intellectual capital experts for creating a knowledge-driven organizational culture. The panel specifically highlighted MindTree's ability to maximize enterprise intellectual capital.

MindTree's MAKE Award recognition comes on the heels of the company's recent profile in the Harvard Business School case study titled, "MindTree: A Community of Communities." Written by David Garvin, professor of business administration, and Rachna Tahilyani, research associate, the study chronicles the formation of MindTree's knowledge management function, its evolution and initiatives, and the key role it plays within the company. The study particularly focuses on the company's knowledge communities of interest sharing, competency building, capability building, and capacity building.
