Mill Town Music Hall Singing Songs of Praise as One-Year Anniversary Celebration Approaches
First year highlights include performances by Toby Keith, The Oak Ridge Boys, Steven Curtis Chapman and nationally recognized musicals; hosting more than 20,000 patrons during the year;and planning for the opening of a music history gallery.
- Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) January 01, 2013 - Mill Town Music Hall opened as West Georgia's largest concert and entertainment venue a year ago on January 28 and the community hasn't stopped singing its praises since. During its first year, the venue has been home to quality wholesome entertainment covering multiple music genres. Located conveniently off I-20 in Bremen (1031 Alabama Avenue), Mill Town Music Hall has most importantly helped revitalize the West Georgia area with a boost in tourism.
Opening Mill Town Music Hall was the culmination of a life-long passion for music for its founder Randall Redding, as well as serve as a way for him to 'glorify God' and give back to the community in which he was raised.

According to Bremen Mayor Sharon Sewell, Mill Town Music Hall has helped revitalize the West Georgia community by bringing people to the area for entertainment that includes dinner and a night in one of the area's local hotels.

Kicked off the plans for the Harold Shedd Music Mill Gallery - Plans are underway to open a non-profit extension of the venue to serve as a tourist attraction which celebrates music history connected to the state of Georgia. This new venue is scheduled to open Spring 2013.

Event Planning - As the largest space of its kind in the West Georgia area, the venue held a variety of events for corporations and individuals, such as parties and weddings.
The venue also acts as a perfect environment for fundraising and/or host venue for conferences. As a permanent fixture for the venue, the Purpose Center runs the concession and raises money for its ministry and The Church at Chapel Hill hosts its weekly services at the facility. Annual events have included BRIDGE Fest (the West Georgia area fight against drugs), as well as other community events such as Grow Haralson Community Planning session for Haralson County.

Upcoming performers include Amy Grant on Thursday, January 17; Mill Town Music Hall's One-Year Anniversary Weekend events on Feb. 1-2 (featuring Triumphant Quartet, The Isaacs and The Diplomats); American Idol alumnus Bo Bice on Friday, Feb. 8; and Rhonda Vincent and Gene Watson on Friday, Feb. 22.
