Military Remembered By Plastic Surgeon On Veterans Day
Dr.Edward Domanskis, a plastic surgeon, gives back to military by offering free plastic surgery.
- (1888PressRelease) November 11, 2013 - Dr. Edward Domanskis, a plastic surgeon in private practice in Newport Beach announced that he is waiving his surgical fees for reconstructive procedures for any serviceman or woman.
"I am also offering a 50% discount on any cosmetic plastic surgery procedure for active servicemen and women and their families," said Dr.Domanskis, an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of California (Irvine).
"I am doing my small part and giving back this Veterans Day to remember those that have and are keeping us safe," Dr.Domanskis continued. "Our country is still in uncertain economic times which sometimes disproportionately affect our military personnel. The medical insurance plan on which they rely is usually inadequate to cover their medical and surgical treatments."
Dr. Domanskis served in the US Army as a plastic surgeon in Landstuhl, Germany and served as a Major and Assistant Chief of Surgery.
Dr. Domanskis offers Skype video consultation service over the internet that can facilitate this wherever the servicemen and woman are stationed.
