Milestone: MedAllies Achieves 2014 Edition 2 ONC-HIT Modular Certification for Direct Secure Messaging from Drummond Group LLC
With an intense focus on interoperability, MedAllies, has achieved Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC-HIT) 2014 Edition Modular Certification via Drummond Group LLC, an Authorized Certification Body (ACB).
- Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown, NY (1888PressRelease) July 28, 2015 - This certification designates that MedAllies' software is capable of supporting eligible providers with meeting the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). MedAllies is one of the first in the nation to achieve this new modular certification for Direct Messaging. MedAllies Chief Executive Officer John Blair III, MD stated, "MedAllies is committed to interoperability for all providers and patients to best achieve coordination of care and the triple aim of better health, better care and lower cost."
As a result of the certification from the Drummond Group, MedAllies will be included on the list of ONC Certified Products for the following criteria:
