(1888PressRelease) January 11, 2012 - Master restaurateur of Le Jardin du Quai in Provence, Chef Hebet will prepare dishes that reflect his culinary philosophy of simple yet refined cuisine, complemented by his travels around the world.

Guests can choose from classics such as Greek style artichokes with hermit crab and tiger prawns; Green asparagus "au gratin" with marrow and parmesan spicy sauce with Spanish ham; Scampi "Parisian style" Lemon and wine broth; Scallops with foie gras, crusty potatoes and fennel sauce; Corn fed chicken with mint and wild thyme, leek and truffle terrine, onion mash; or Terrine of Mediterranean vegetables with herb salad, ricotta cheese, citron vinaigrette. Desserts include Pavlova of pineapple with lime meringue and praline; Cold macaroon with pink grapefruit and poppy; and a selection of soufflés of the day.

Chef Hebet's classics, flavoured with black truffles specially flown in from France, and other exotic ingredients, will be available at Fenix from 11.30 a.m. until 11.30 p.m., from January 10 - 15, 2012.
