• Configured wingspans - slimmer and longer wings to enable better gliding through the skies. The airflow on the surface of the wing reduces drag on the plane, improving efficiency.
• Intelligent materials - Smart and lightweight materials will be used to build the aircraft. These materials can detect the load over them and make the aircraft lighter and hence more efficient to run.
• New manufacturing methods - these will lessen the environmental impact and cost of aircraft manufacture, using more complex shapes and more advanced materials.
• Engines - the aircraft will have quieter, more efficient and more reliable engines. The engines will be positioned on the rear side, semi-embedded into the aircraft to fully optimize it for lower fuel consumption. This will also reduce noise levels in the cabin for greater passenger comfort.
