Michael Lane is a healthcare professional with over 40 years of industry experience providing advisory services to healthcare organizations across the nation as a consultant, investment banker and interim executive in troubled situations. His scope of expertise includes merger and acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring and operational improvement. He has worked with hundreds of healthcare organizations throughout his career including, academic medical centers, behavioral health providers, multi-hospital systems, freestanding acute care hospitals, senior care providers, multi-specialty physician groups and home health organizations as well as major financial institutions.
