About Michael Fleming
Michael Fleming is a Partner, with nearly 30 years’ experience, at The Wicks Group (TWG), a Washington, DC aviation boutique law firm. Mr. Fleming advises airports, airlines, and business aviation clients. He leads TWG’s global airport P3 support, having recently submitted applications for the FAA’s airport investment program on behalf of both of the current commercial airport applicants. Michael advises airport clients on compliance, and has served as an expert witness in complex litigation centered on airport regulations. Mr. Fleming also leads the firm’s commercial transactions practice.
Mr. Fleming graduated from the University of Michigan, and received a J.D.-MBA from the University of Georgia. He worked for other aviation law and consulting firms prior to joining TWG in 2006. Prior to that, he worked for United Airlines and for AMR/Piaggio. Michael holds a private pilot’s license with instrument rating.
