Miami's Blanca Commercial Real Estate Selected to Lease Doral Park Centre Office Building
80,000 SF Class A building will be ready for occupancy in Q1 2014.
- Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) December 17, 2013 - Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been tapped as the exclusive leasing agent for the only new office building currently under construction in Miami's Airport West submarket: Doral Park Centre Office Building. Currently nearing completion, the Class A office building will open to tenants in the first quarter of 2014. Located at the intersection of Doral Boulevard and NW 107 Avenue, near the entrance to Florida's Turnpike, the property is comprised of 60,000 square feet of office space and 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.

Doral Park Centre is a 200,000 square foot mixed-use project comprised of one office building, three hotels and one retail building.
