Miami's Blanca Commercial Real Estate names Vice President and Associate Vice President
Andres del Corral and Alexander Cahlin Promoted to Vice President and Associate Vice President of Blanca Commercial Real Estate.
- Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) October 30, 2012 - Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate announces that it has promoted two members of the firm: Andres del Corral has been named vice president and Alexander Cahlin has been named associate vice president.
In his new role as Vice President, Andres del Corral specializes in the leasing of office properties and overall team support in the sale of land and income producing properties. He was previously an associate at the firm, having been involved in the real estate business for more than eight years. Mr. del Corral earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Boston University and a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in commercial real estate from Florida International University.
In his new role as Associate Vice President, Alexander Cahlin engages in tenant and landlord representation, market research and analysis, and overall team support. He has been with the firm for about two years, having been previously named junior associate in 2011. Mr. Cahlin holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Florida.
The promotions of Mr. del Corral and Mr. Cahlin continue a steady year of growth for Blanca Commercial Real Estate. The firm has finalized transactions valued at $500 million during the past 36 months, accounting for 5.4 million square feet of office leases and properties sold.
