Miami's 8200 Doral Office Building Finalizes 21,132 Sq. Ft. of New Leases; Now 93 Percent Occupied

- Miami, FL (1888PressRelease) August 26, 2014 - Less than 18 months after winning the leasing assignment at the 8200 Doral office building, Blanca Commercial Real Estate has taken the building's occupancy rate from 50 percent to 93 percent. All told, the 101,144 square foot building has seen more than 45,000 square feet of positive absorption over the last year.
8200 Doral achieved the 93 percent occupancy mark upon completing three new leases totaling 21,132 square feet of office space. The building's newest tenants include World Tour Enterprises, LLC (represented by Myllye Gonzales of Xcellence Realty); an undisclosed Fortune 100 healthcare company headquartered in Hartford, CT (represented by Keith Edelman and Scott Goldstein of JLL); and an undisclosed radio network headquartered in Burbank, CA (represented by Jeff Gordon of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank). Blanca Commercial Real Estate Executive Vice President Juan Ruiz and Senior Vice President Elizabeth Vergara executed the leases on behalf of the building's ownership.
