High Spec Metal Polisher Ltd are delighted to have been commissioned for the Metal Polishing of a one tonne stainless steel staircase.
- (1888PressRelease) December 28, 2010 - Halifax based High Spec Metal Polishers Ltd., www.metal-polishers.com are delighted to have been commissioned for the Metal Polishing of a one tonne stainless steel staircase.
The project involved the polishing of a one tonne stainless steel staircase to mirror finish specification. The staircase came to the High spec premises in two parts, and took over 3 weeks to polish.
The staircase was fabricated and installed by Metalcraft of Bradford, who manufactured the staircase, final polishing of the staircase is to take place on site before Christmas to ensure all welds are again to mirror specification.

Having worked on thousands of staircases, this was a unique project in the fact that the staircase itself weighed over a tonne and every component including radius tube, stair bases, steps, handrails, fixtures and fittings, and all weld needed to be polished, the end result being that the entire Staircase was mirror finished."
