Lankford Cadigan, who started the business in November of 2006, will be recognized and honored by the community and her peers for her success at the Annual Signature Event on Friday, Oct. 1 at Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City.

Prior to opening CertaPro, Lankford Cadigan spent more than six years in construction management with a national firm before leaving to manage her own business. Her passion and expertise in the field have enabled Lankford Cadigan to build a business from the ground up and maintain a 90 percent or above customer referral rating for four consecutive years. Lankford Cadigan also gives back to her community as director of membership retention for Howard County's Business Women's Network (BWN) and secretary for LeTip of Howard County. Additionally, she volunteers for the Maryland Food Bank.
