The event was graced with the presence of dignified personalities and varied cultural performances. Delhi Haat is a project of Delhi Transport and Tourism Development Corporation that were the venue partners of the event.
Meri Dilli Utsav is an annual event that is organized to provide the people of Delhi, 3 days of family fun, joy, masti, music, lifestyle shopping and lots of cheer with various stalls of exquisite top of the line products & services and exotic delicacies, all under one roof. The event was associated with an unmatched culture and a mosaic of diversity. It was graced with varied cultural performances, folk dance performances, rock band performances, fashion show, belly dance performance, solo song performances, magical shows and much more by famous artists. These performances not only graced the event, but also entertained the huge audience that was a part of the event. People along with their family and children participated and enjoyed the event. Along with this, there was horse riding, camel riding and air slider for the enjoyment of the children.
The event witnessed appreciation and huge participation of the visitors, which made this a successful one. It is a best platform to showcase and reach the people of Delhi in a unique way.
On the first day; Chief Guest, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, Social Activist & Founder-Aam Aadmi Party along with Mr. Ram Agrawal, Director, SHRI Group and Mr. Amit Handa, Executive Director, SHRI Group were present to inaugurate the event. In the event, 'Meri Dilli Awards' were presented to the eminent personalities of Delhi to felicitate them for their exemplary achievements in various categories. In such category was the name of Mr. Ravi Kalra, Chairman, Earth Saviour Foundation, who was awarded with a cheque of Rs. 1 Lakh for his excellence in selfless humanitarian service. On the auspicious occasion of the Utsav, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal felicitated Mr. Ram Agrawal, Mr. Amit Handa and Ms. Karishma Handa, Director-3Aworld, by presenting the Momentos for their contribution in organizing the event.
The show witnessed the presence of dignified personalities that included Lala Kedarnath Aggrawal, Owner of Bikanervala, Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, Social Activist & Founder-Aam Aadmi Party, Mr. Raj Kumar Chauhan, PWD Minister, Mr. Ravi Kalra, Chairman, Earth Saviour Foundation and many more.
In the closing ceremony, honourable Chief Guest, Mr. Raj Kumar Chauhan, PWD Minister embraced the event. Mr. Amit Handa and Ms. Karishma Handa were felicitated by Mr. Raj Kumar Chauhan with the Momentos for organizing a successful festive utsav for the masses.
