Molinari - with over 20 years experience in the design industry is an award-winning Certified Property Consultant and Lead Virtual Designer who founded her company in 2006. Along with heading a staff of experienced Home Stagers, Molinari also heads a staff of Conceptual Designers. Molinari is also Vice-President of the Real Estate Staging Association (Resa) - Acadiana Chapter.
Jessica Pirone of Just Perfect Home Staging & More, Wilmington, NC. Pirone founded her company in the spring of 2007. In addition to being a top 5 Finalist for the 2010 Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) Professional Stager of the Year, Pirone has been teaching real estate professionals in the Wilmington/Charlotte area for several years. Pirone has been published in numerous magazines and papers and is well known for the passion she injects into the learning experience for students.
Bernadette Flaim co-owner of Attention2Detail, Leonia, NJ. Flaim is certified in interior redesign and professional organizing and has been an accredited real estate staging professional since 2004. Her firm specializes in interior redesign, professional organizing and real estate staging. Flaim and her business partner were voted the 2009 New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, Business Woman of the Year and she currently serves as the NJAWBO Bergen County Chapter's Director of Marketing. In addition, Flaim serves as President of the Real Estate Staging Associations (RESA) New Jersey Chapter and has a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology, in New York.
