- (1888PressRelease) October 08, 2011 - Alec Gibson understood his namesake in the film industry comes with a mixed bag of curiosities and presumptions. He knew he would have to address the family's negative press in the past and offer a glimpse of insight and reflection. But even more so, Alec knew he was proud to produce a story such as A Good Dad that gives a cinematic glimpse into the complexities of human goodness and human error.
Alec discovered Colombian American director Hugo Fernandez who had written A Good Dad. Hugo's screenplays had been cycling in industry circles and widely revered by film industry connoisseurs such as director/UCLA professor Philip Frank Messina, Tribeca Film Festival co-founder Sharon Badal, and New York International Latino Film Festival programmer Juan Caceres.
An announcement is also pending at a future date pertaining to Alec's up and coming thespian debut.
Phone, in-person, or email interviews with Alec Gibson and/or Hugo Fernandez available- Call, text, or email Publicist Francelia Alfaro for arrangements.
