Medicomp to Introduce New Service at International AF Symposium
Medicomp will feature their newly improved remote cardiac monitoring technology, the TelePatch™ 4-in-1 Monitoring System, now with Long-Term Holter service.
- Orlando, FL (1888PressRelease) January 04, 2018 - Medicomp, diagnostic cardiology leaders since 1981, have announced that representatives will attend the 2018 International AF Symposium hosted at the Hyatt Regency in Orlando, Florida, January 11-13.
The symposium presents a stage for Medicomp to introduce their newly improved remote cardiac monitoring technology. The renowned TelePatch™ is being upgraded from a 3-in-1 system to a 4-in-1. The fourth service to be added is Long-Term Holter. With this new service, TelePatch™ will offer all four types of ambulatory cardiac monitoring in one easy-to-use wireless patch: Holter, Long-Term Holter, Event, and Mobile Cardiac Telemetry. Long-Term Holter service is expected to be available later this year.
“We are excited to be returning to the AF symposium this year,” says Danny Condra, product manager at Medicomp. “We are dedicated to helping physicians add quality years to patients’ lives, so we look forward to talking about and demonstrating our newly improved TelePatch™ 4-in-1 Monitoring System.
Patients and physicians alike have given TelePatch™ stellar reviews since its launch in 2016. Patients are happy with its convenience and ease of use, which dramatically improves testing compliance. Physicians are impressed that TelePatch™ can discover arrhythmias other monitors miss. As with all Medicomp monitors, TelePatch™ uses the patented Diogenes algorithm, which is unmatched in revealing arrhythmias. Only Medicomp’s Diogenes technology analyzes all four beat-by-beat indices: Rate, Rhythm, Morphology and P wave.
