Medical Business Associates Announces Two New Hires
Emily Conklin and Whitney Crouse hired to do Medical Billing Accounting for Medical Business Associates.

Meyer, President of Medical Business Associates, a North Carolina claims management and billing services provider, announced that Emily Conklin and Whitney Crouse have joined the firm to do Medical Billing Accounting. In this role, Ms. Conklin and Ms. Crouse will be reconciling explanation of benefits (EOB) from insurance companies to patient accounts, posting payments and contacting insurance companies if there are any discrepancies in payments.
Ms. Conklin is a graduate of Bradley University with a BS in Accounting. Prior to working at Medical Business Associates, Conklin worked as a Staff Accountant for Vocational Solutions of Henderson County. She also worked over three years at Caterpillar, Inc., holding various titles such as 6 Sigma Financial Representative, Financial Closing Coordinator and Business Resource Accountant.
Ms. Crouse attended Blue Ridge Community College and the University of Central Florida. Before working at Medical Business Associates, she worked for Endless Summer for four years, as well as Hunter Automotive Group.
