Mecca Design and Production Celebrates Big Boy Toys with MultiCam CNC Router
Mecca Design & Production is excited to announce another big boy toy with the addition of a large scale MultiCam CNC Router.
- Dallas, TX (1888PressRelease) April 20, 2013 - Mecca Design and Production, a dynamic scenic element and services design/build group, welcomes a humongous, 5 ft. by 12 ft., CNC Router for cutting wood, metal, foam and all sorts of materials to the shop already filled with enviable "big boy toys". The CNC router lends itself to making multiples and prototypes of different materials and can also make logos and letters in 2D and 3D. As a computer-controlled shaping machine, the MultiCam CNC router can cut large shapes on down to tiny details for consistent, high quality pieces. And to ensure even more precision, our router has a vacuum, which holds the parts in place as they are cut. It is an amazing addition to the Mecca shop.
Kenneth Mecca stated, "Our CNC Router is perfect for prototyping and multiples and it's the biggest in the city! Combined with our large scale vacuform machine, our welding and woodworking shop, and our large format printer, laminator, and cutter, we can build just about anything."
