MDNX creates UK's leading independent managed networks & hosting services provider
Solution1 completed the acquisitions of two Managed Networks and Hosting Services companies and has renamed the company - MDNX.
- (1888PressRelease) October 06, 2010 - Solution1 has completed the acquisitions of two Managed Networks and Hosting Services companies and has renamed the enlarged group as MDNX.
The deal sees Solution 1 Ltd, Viatel's UK business (VTL (UK) Limited), and Community Internet Group Ltd combine to focus upon the provision of Managed Networks & Hosting services for mission-critical IT infrastructures, to the mid-market, SME, and local government sectors under the MDNX brand.
MDNX, which is led by the CEO of Solution1 Mark Thompson, will provide long-term benefits to all its customers, not least via a broader product portfolio across both managed networks and hosting.
