MD Grassroots Group Announces Its 2014 Non-Partisan Voter's Campaign
The GrassRoots Steering Foundation, Inc. kicks off its 2014 Vote The Power!™ Campaign with new website.
- Baltimore, MD (1888PressRelease) February 27, 2014 - The GrassRoots Steering Foundation, Inc. will launch its 2014 Vote The Power! ™ Campaign on Friday, February 28, 2014. The internet campaign launch will feature a new website designed to allow visitors to become more interactive with the campaign. This year's GOTV activities will consist of conducting non-partisan voter registration drives throughout the Baltimore Metro area, and conducting voter education.
Our mission is two-fold:
1. To motivate local communities and communities of color to increase voter registration and participation in
the political process.
2. To increase voter registration in the 18 to 40 year-old population.
We plan to conduct voter registration events in collaboration with other non-partisan campaigns. We will track voter trends through a strategic collaboration with local media outlets, and political analysts in Maryland. We will keep our audience abreast of the campaign through social media websites Facebook and Twitter.
