The annual AICPA Healthcare Industry Conference brings together industry specialists to discuss the most up-to-date information about reform and other important issues at work in the healthcare industry today. The two-day conference addresses current and pending healthcare issues at the national level through a comprehensive agenda of expert presentations, panel discussions and Q&A sessions.
With more than 10 years of experience in the accounting industry, Binelo specializes in auditing healthcare organizations under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as well as under accounting practices prescribed by State Offices of Insurance Regulation. His healthcare audit work includes various Health Maintenance Organizations, hospitals, and durable medical equipment companies, among others. In addition, Binelo has extensive experience in the audits of various retail, wholesale/distribution and sports and entertainment organizations.
In addition to AICPA, Binelo is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs. Equally engaged in the community, Binelo serves as a board member of the Coral Gables Economic Development Board and the United Way of Miami-Dade Healthcare Council, and as a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Healthcare Committee and the United Way of Miami-Dade Audit Committee.
Binelo earned a Master of Science in Taxation and Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University.
