- (1888PressRelease) January 19, 2013 - MIAMI - Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC (MBAF), a nationally-recognized public accounting firm, has announced that the company has moved its Miami-based team to its new headquarters located in the 1450 Brickell building effective December 24, 2012. The new address is 1450 Brickell Avenue, 18th Floor, Miami, FL 33131. Telephone and fax numbers remain unchanged: 305 373-5500 and 305 373-0056.
Located on the 18th floor, the new space is spread out over more than 28,000 square feet. The open layout was designed to take advantage of the natural light provided by the building's glass wall curtain, and employees will have access to a dedicated staff lounge serving healthy snacks and beverages, and multiple conference rooms equipped with the latest technology. The building also offers a conference center and gym for the enjoyment of its tenants.
MBAF worked hand-in-hand with the architects from the Miami offices of ADD Inc., City Construction, Inc. and Furniture Consultants, Inc. to design, build and furnish every aspect of the space, from the office's color palette of blues and greens with neutral colors, to the modern furniture and accents used throughout. CRESA Partners, LLC acted as MBAF's tenant representative.
1450 Brickell is a class-A office tower located in the Brickell Business District. It has been certified GOLD by the LEED Green Building Rating System™ and offers tenants panoramic ocean and city views through floor-to-ceiling windows.
