MBAF adds Jorge Sanchez as Director of Recruiting
Sanchez brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting and financial recruiting in South Florida, and he will oversee all professional recruiting functions at MBAF.
- (1888PressRelease) November 20, 2014 - MIAMI - Jorge Sanchez, CPA, has joined nationally recognized public accounting firm Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC (MBAF) as Director of Recruiting. Sanchez will be based in the firm's Miami Green office. The announcement was made by Tony Argiz, Chairman and CEO of MBAF.
He will be responsible for developing outreach strategies to secure new talent within the firm's practice areas: tax and accounting, assurance, advisory services, technology consulting, and private wealth.
"Jorge's extensive experience in recruiting within the financial sector makes him a valuable resource as we continue to actively seek talent to enhance our strong team and help us continue to provide clients with the highest level of service," said Argiz. "We look forward to working with Jorge to strategically support the growth of the firm, and welcome him to our Miami Green office."
Prior to joining MBAF, Sanchez worked in both the public and private accounting sectors, as well as with executive search firms in South Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Beacon Council, the Cuban American CPAs Association and the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting.
Sanchez received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida International University and a Certificate in Accounting from the University of Miami.
