MBAF adds David P. Rosenbaum as Principal in Tax and Accounting Department
David will provide advisory services to entrepreneurs and growth-related companies and wealth preservation/asset protection for high-net-worth individuals and professional firms.

Rosenbaum, CPA, has joined nationally recognized public accounting firm Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC (MBAF) as a principal in the Tax and Accounting Department. Rosenbaum will be based in the firm's Miami office. The announcement was made by Tony Argiz, Chairman and CEO of MBAF.
Rosenbaum brings more than 40 years of experience in public practice, and as principal he will provide accounting, estate, and income tax and consulting services to a variety of industries including law firms, real estate, healthcare, other professional services organizations and Mergers & Acquisitions. Additionally, he will provide advisory services to entrepreneurs and growth-related companies and wealth preservation/asset protection for high-net-worth individuals and professional firms.
"David's knowledge of high-level accounting and consulting spans several key industries that are highly valuable to our clients," said Miguel Farra, CPA, JD, chairman of MBAF's Tax and Accounting Department. "We are pleased to welcome him to our headquarters in Miami."
Rosenbaum has served as an expert witness in various cases related to valuation and economic law issues relating to commercial litigation, and is an experienced litigation consultant. Prior to joining MBAF, he provided high-level accounting services to clients in several industries, and served as the managing director of a South Florida CPA firm.
Rosenbaum is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also actively engaged in a number of civic organizations including serving on the board of the University of Florida Foundation's Miami-Dade Regional Council, as a trustee of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and an honorary board member of the Baptist Health South Florida Foundation. Rosenbaum received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and completed post-graduate work at the University of Miami.
