With sales force tracking solution, Maven has provided employers in every vertical an effective tool for increase productivity of field force. Maven's application is targeted for tracking of sales and support staff of SMEs and large corporations.
The solution is built two components - a smartphone app and cloud portal. Field force uses the smartphone app and it sends the location coordinates to the server. The cloud server analyzes data and finds of locations visited and time spent at each location. Support for geofences increases the accuracy. The smartphone application supports two modes:
- Battery optimized mode, to track only the meetings and time spent for meetings.
- Continuous tracking mode to track KMs travelled and routes taken along with tracking meetings.
Maven Systems has deployed over 20,000 devices in India. The company works with global manufacturers, utilities and MNCs in 17 different countries. In the past Maven Systems has also won awards such as NASSCOM Emerge 50, TI Innovation Challenge etc.
