About Matt Dushek
Matt Dushek is an IP partner in Baker McKenzie's Washington office. His practice is focused on all areas of patent law, including litigation, counseling, prosecution and post-grant proceedings, such as Inter Partes Review and reissue practice. He is experienced in a wide range of technologies, including automotive and marine systems, avionics and aerospace systems, consumer electronics, control systems, optical systems and semiconductor devices. Matt litigates cases across the country, often taking a lead role in technical analysis, claim construction, and depositions of fact witnesses and experts.
