The article, ‘EHSS digital transformation can benefit organizations of any size,” discussed the increased integration of digital transformation in the Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) sector and the increased value creation for organizations. Both authors outlined the benefits of digital integration in EHSS operations including minimized human error, data-driven decision making, and improved operational performance.
As technology and the regulatory environment continues to evolve, digital transformation has become a necessity for EHSS operations in companies of all sizes. Digital transformation cannot succeed without buy-in from leadership, process owners and internal stakeholders.” Employees must feel involved with digital transformation to truly be a success at any given company. Without employee involvement, digital transformation will be ineffective for EHSS operations.”
