This is the first time ROI-NJ has acknowledged influential environmental leaders with an Environment Influencer list. Warne co-founded Matrix in 1990 and has helped it grow into one of the state’s leading full-service engineering and environmental services firms. An advocate for finding ways to keep more women in the technical engineering industry, she has served on a number of organizations, including the National Society of Women Engineers, the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners and Women for Affirmative Action.
