Massage Envy Donated 463 "Massages For Military"

(1888PressRelease) November 28, 2012 - Jacksonville, FL - The six Jacksonville area Massage Envy locations showed their appreciation to our local military personnel and veterans by providing 463 one-hour massage sessions for free this past Monday, November 12, 2012.

"What an amazing day! We were so excited to welcome these men and women that have dedicated their lives to military service.", said Sue Kowalewski, Regional Developer for Massage Envy Jacksonville. "We received an overwhelming response to our event and we were able to provide 463 one-hour sessions that helped reduce their stress and expressed our sincere gratitude for all that they do."

"We also participated in SALUTE on November 10th at the Jacksonville Landing. The Americana Music Celebration of our Military was a great way to help show our appreciation and raise monies for the Veteran's Independence Project (VIP)." VIP is a charitable project of the Southside Businessmen's Club, the oldest Business & Civic Organization in Jacksonville.

In addition to donating 463 massages, Massage Envy was also able to raise $2,714 for VIP.
