Prior to her career in Executive Search, Mariana held significant roles as a Learning and Development Specialist for the Hospitality; Human Resources Manager for the Electronic and Manufacturing Industries, and Organisational Development Consultant for a leadership development consulting firm in Brazil.
Mariana holds a BS in International Relations and a post-graduate certification in Strategic Human Resources Practices from Cornell University.
